Promotion

Win one prize consisting of dinner for two at Ronnie's up to the value of $250 AUD, and a second dinner valued up to $200 AUD at the InterContinental.

The competition prize also includes two nights' accommodation, including buffet breakfast for two people (one room, twin share) at Intercontinental Melbourne, The Rialto.

One winner will be drawn at random from all entries on the competition Instagram reel and entries on this competition webpage for those not on Instagram.

Promotion period

Campaign Promotion commences at 09:00 am AEST on Tuesday, 17th June and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on Friday, 27th June. All online entries must be received by the closing time as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects the entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via the Instagram reel and First Table's online competition entry form and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Australia and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The competition must be entered by following @ronniesmelbourne, @intercontinental_melbourne and @firsttable on Instagram and tagging one person you want to share this experience with on this Instagram Reel, or entering via the entry form on this competition page if you're not on Instagram.

The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted during this Promotional period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

Win one prize consisting of two nights' accommodation, including buffet breakfast, for two people at Intercontinental Melbourne, The Rialto. The stay can be on weekdays or weekends.

The competition prize also includes dinner for two at Ronnie's restaurant up to the value of $250 AUD, and a second dinner valued up to $200 AUD at the InterContinental. The dinner prize at Ronnie's cannot be used in conjunction with the First Table offer. Dinner reservations must be made during the duration of the accommodation stay.

First Table and Intercontinental Melbourne, The Rialto are not responsible for costs associated with travel to and from the location.

The winner is responsible for all other costs incurred during their stay at Intercontinental Melbourne, The Rialto.  including (but not limited to) mini bar expenses, room service, laundry, pay-per-view television, and will be required to lodge a personal credit card to guarantee items above those associated with the prize.

Reservation is subject to availability, special events, and blackout dates and is not applicable on high season/public holidays. The voucher must be redeemed in one transaction and is non-refundable or non-transferable. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. 

The gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, which must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within 96 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. First Table shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

First Table will supply the winner with a digital/printable voucher allowing for two nights of accommodation in one room (twin share) including daily buffet breakfast for two.

First Table will also connect the winner with a representative from Ronnie's restaurant to arrange the two dinner reservations.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for First Table to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
